This is a mere sample itinerary. Most of our itineraries are adjusted to the group's wishes and wants. Ideally on any of our tours we will visit Lima, Cusco and Arequipa. On our wine tours instead of Cusco we will visit the Ica Valley and the Tacna wine region.

Flight to Lima from/via Houston. Check in to Hotel in Miraflores for a short night stay
Saturday
Early AM transfer to wineries of Ica Valley. Visit of a pisco distillery too. Overnight at winery Santiago Queirolo`s Hacienda Hotel
Sunday
After champagne breakfast return to Lima. Depending on time lunch seaside in Paracas or in Lima PM flight to Arequipa. Dinner in Arequipa
Monday
Tour of Arequipa, lunch in a classic restaurant for an introduction to Arequipeno cuisine. Visit of the Sta Catalina Monastery. Dinner at Pre-Inca Cuisine restaurant
Tuesday
AM Flight to Cusco. Transfer to the Sacred Valley of the Incas, visit of Salt Mines. Train trip to Machu Picchu. Dinner in Machu Picchu Pueblo
Wednesday
Visit of Machu Picchu Citadel. PM train return to Cusco. Light dinner in Cusco
Thursday
Visit of the sights around Cusco. Lunch in a classic Cusqueno Restaurant. Visit of Downtown Cusco. Dinner at a High End Cusco Restaurant
Friday
AM Flight to Lima. Visit of Barranco Beer Company. Lunch at top Sandwich place 'Luchita'. PM off for indio market shopping. Dinner at 'Central' or 'Maido', Lima's top ten contenders for the World List
Saturday
AM city tour of Lima. Cebiche with Javier Wong. PM time off for last shopping across from hotel. Last pisco sours at Rosa Nautica. Departure for airport. Late PM departure for Houston
